I wish I could remember the name of the cookbok where I aquired this recipe
For about 3-4 servings you need
2 heads of garlic
Peel the cloves of the 2 heads of garlic and sweat in a pan with a drop of olive oil and some turmeric
Add the vegetable stock (about 900ml or so) and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes.
Leave to cool and then put it in a blender.
Then you have some lovely golden garlic soup.
You can add potato or other veg but don’t expect to taste it.
As the soup is quite watery, use croutons or noodles to give you something to chew on
